A course equivalent to 4 x 2 hours (class) contains current issue in sediment management of not only volcanic rivers but also non-volcanic rivers, rivers which  very intensive in causing environment degradation such as morphology changes (erosion-sedimentation, degradation-agradation, flooding, etc), due to both natural and human interfere.
